Dietician says that milk contains protein, calcium, riboflavin, vitamin-A, B and D. Milk contains probiotics called lactobacillus, which keep the digestive system healthy. Drinking 1 glass of milk daily reduces gas problem. Also, milk helps in the development of good bacteria in the intestines.

Milk contains amino acids called triptophyn, which increases the production of serotonin and melatonin hormones. This improves our sleep. Also, the consumption of milk also increases the development of happy hormones and our mood is better.
