New Delhi, 4 February (IANS). A study on ‘Cancer Day’ was published on Tuesday at the Lancet Respiratory Medicine Journal. It says that the cases of lung cancer are not only seen in smoking, but also among those who do not smoke.
Many types of questions are now arising in the minds of people about this. In view of this, on ‘Cancer Day’, IANS had a special conversation with Dr. Pooja Babbar, Medical Oncology Assistant of CK Birla Hospital and Radiation Oncology of Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Dr. Anil of Dr. Anil.
Dr. Pooja Babbar says that it cannot be dismissed at all that cancer is not merely smoking, but also in people who do not smoke, but it happens in most women.

Apart from this, the fate of the factory also gives lung cancer in people. Along with this, in many cases, genes have also become the cause of lung cancer.
Dr. Pooja says that langs cancer can be easily cured in women. Cancer in women can also be cured through a medicine in stage one.
She says that the causes of cancer in men are clearly revealed, as we know that DNA has failed due to smoking. Mutation has come in the gene, due to which cancer has occurred, but there is no smoking cause in women, it has a huge roll of genetic mutations. In view of this, there are many types of treatment of cancer in women. In which women can be treated mainly with targeted therapy, immuno therapy.
Dr. said that the initial symptoms of lung cancer may be of some type. This includes symptoms like coughing, breathlessness, phlegm, bleeding in phlegm and breathing breathe when walking a little bit.

Radiation oncology of Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Dr. Anil K Anand said that earlier 80 to 90 percent cases of lung cancer were seen only among those who smoke. But, now this trend has been changing for the last few years. There are many people who have never smoked, but they are also seeing lung cancer in them.
He says that despite not smoking, many reasons are coming out of lung cancer, which is the most prominent air pollution. Air pollution can also be of many types. The most prominent of this is industrial pollution, traffic pollution is the biggest reason. Especially in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, such pollution is at its peak.
He says that this pollution contains PM 10 and PM 2.5 particular matter, which goes to our langs and damage it. If this damage continued for a long time, it will turn it into lung cancer. In this way, due to air pollution, the cases of langs cancer are increasing.
