New Delhi, 16 May (IANS). High blood pressure or hypertension is a name that suffers 7 out of 10 people. There are no direct symptoms of this, so the hypertension is also called a ‘silent killer’. When the patients reach the doctor’s place, they have to eat bullets. However, doctors themselves give some advice from which it can be controlled without medication.

May 17 is World High blood pressure day. High blood pressure problem usually does not come up until it becomes a cause of serious health problems.

With the advice of regular monitoring of blood pressure at home, doctors recommend including some easy things in the routine. With this, you can also reduce the risk of heart disease by reducing blood pressure.

Lifestyle changes play an important role in treating high blood pressure. Controlling blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle can prevent or reduce the need for a drug.

According to a research report published in ‘Cleveland Clinic’, by reducing weight, adopting regular exercise, using salt or sodium with a healthy diet can be used to include some other things as well as some other things by adding some other things. For this it is important to pay attention to these things-

Lose weight, doctors say that the major cause of high blood pressure is increased weight. Overweight can cause difficulty in breathing while sleeping. This problem is called ‘sleep apnea’ in medical science, which plays a big role in increasing the problem of blood pressure. Losing weight is considered one of the best measures to control blood pressure.

Exercise regularly, exercising regularly can reduce the problem of blood pressure to a great extent. Yoga or meditation should be done regularly for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

Today’s irregular routine and unhealthy diet have made a deep grip of blood pressure. In such a situation, consuming coarse grains, fruits, vegetables and eating low fat, cholesterol food helps in controlling blood pressure. People suffering from hypertension should reduce the use of salt and sodium in their diet. The low amount of sodium in the diet regularly keeps the heart and entire body fit and improves blood pressure.

Do not consume alcohol and smoking, blood pressure can be controlled by ignoring alcohol or smoking. Drinking alcohol can increase blood pressure to several points. Science also believes that smoking increases blood pressure. Quitting smoking helps reduce blood pressure.

Experts believe that if sleep is fully taken at night, the problem can be reduced to a great extent. Sleeping less than seven hours at night can play a big role in high blood pressure. Stay away from sleeping things. For this, stay away from mobile, TV or strong light things before sleeping.

Apart from this, psychologists believe that our positivity and negativity have a great impact on the body. Therefore, stay away from stress, keep more and more positive views, read books, articles etc. and also keep tracking your blood pressure regularly at home. Also control your cholesterol and glucose.

Doctors believe that we can bring big changes by including these small but work things in the routine, which are very beneficial for our body.
