Be it child specialists, psychological or elder elderly, everyone believes that physical activity is decreasing. Physical exertion is also necessary to keep the mind and brain fit and one such means is yoga. Which is necessary and beneficial for every age. If yoga is practiced since childhood, then it can be away from small problems. It is important to know the rules before doing pranayama or yoga practice.

The Ministry of AYUSH has mentioned a study by Hagen and Nair (2014), according to which yoga is important for children, which makes them capable of stressing. Also, it helps children and youth to focus on it.

Everything is bad. Experts recommend that 35 minutes of yoga exercise is correct for young children (from 3 to 6 years). Important information has been shared on the site of the health department. According to this, doing yoga for children can provide countless benefits, but given their physical and mental health, they should be carefully included in the yoga session and the total time to do yoga should be fixed 35 minutes.

There are some benefits of doing yoga exercises to young children between 3 and 6 years old. Vriksasana, Tadasana increases concentration and increases the focus. According to yoga gurus, concentration is very important for children because they learn and accordingly they develop.

Many study suggests that regular practice of yoga improves memory power. Mandukasan and further bending asanas are beneficial in improving memory and other mental functions.

Not only this, yoga increases immunity. Children of this age often fall prey to cold-cough despite their parents’ care. Yoga helps in smoothly the function of the nerve, endocrine, digestive and circulation system. Simple asanas such as Bhujangasana, Parvatasana, Planck, and intensive breathing techniques can easily protect children from suffering from germs.

Bhujangasana and Ustrasana are helpful in improving speech. Pulses also arise while chanting ‘O3M’ which can improve the quality of voice.

Asanas like Kagasan, Konasana, Gomukhasana improve the coordination of the body and mind. Various asanas together with proper diet help to improve strength, stability and flexibility.

Like elders, children go through various emotional stages. Yoga is the remedy that helps in developing self -esteem, confidence and positive attitude towards life.
