As the heat increases, it becomes necessary for us to pay attention to the cooling system of the body, take measures that make the cold and the hot weather also spoil anything. In ancient yoga -based texts, there are mention of many pranayama and rugs, but we talk about two such rugs which will keep the body coolness and they are accurate for any age.
Balasana- It is considered to be mentioned to the Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali Yoga Sutra, which practices the principle of God Pranidhan (dedication in God). How to do Balasan- Sit on your knees, keep the ankles separate. Then touch your claws and sit on the ankles. Leaving the breath, bend forward and rest your forehead on a mat or soft cushion.
