New Delhi, September 16 (IANS). Often people are troubled by cold, cough, fever and minor diseases. People also think that what should be done so that diseases stay away from me forever. For this, they also adopt many home remedies. People keep getting regular treatment from the doctor to avoid diseases. But by adopting some easy tricks to prevent diseases, you can stay healthy and keep diseases away. Let us know some tips to avoid diseases.

For this, you have to take a balanced diet. By exercising regularly, you will not let diseases come to you. If you get enough sleep, diseases will not come to you. Always wash your hands and feet before eating and after coming from the toilet. Also, if you keep the environment around your house clean, then diseases will not come to you. For this, you have to stay away from smoking and alcohol. Because it can harm your health. Get regular health checkups, so that you can keep an eye on your health. For this, you always have to be happy and positive, so that your mental health remains good.

To keep diseases at bay, you must include some regular diet in your daily routine. Food plays an important role in increasing the immunity of the body. Fresh fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants and protect the body from many diseases. For a balanced diet, include whole grains, peeled pulses, colorful vegetables and fruits in your diet. Take milk or milk products at regular intervals. Use good quality fats and also include almonds, walnuts or peanuts in small quantities. Also, drink 2-3 liters of water daily.

Banana is rich in potassium, which improves blood circulation in the body and is a good source of magnesium and vitamin B. The amount of protein present in almonds provides energy to the body and keeps away laziness and fatigue. On the other hand, vitamin C, folate and iron present in spinach provide energy to the body and fulfill iron deficiency. Ginger is rich in nutrients and helps in improving the digestive system. It promotes good bacteria and helps in keeping the intestines healthy. Regular consumption of these foods will protect you from serious diseases.
