New Delhi. The Rouse Avenue Court of Delhi has postponed its verdict in the violence and murder case in Saraswati Vihar, Delhi, 1984, 1984. The court will now pronounce the decision on 12 February. Senior Congress leader Sajjan Kumar is an accused in the case. At the same time, another Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, accused in the violence case at Bridge Bangash Gurdwara in Delhi during the Sikh riots, also appeared in the Rouse Avenue Court today. Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler are accused of inciting people against Sikhs and violence during Sikh riots.
In the Saraswati Vihar violence case of Delhi, the complainant says that the house of Raj Nagar area Sardar Jaswant Singh and Sardar Tarun Deep Singh were attacked by a mob of rioters. Both were beaten with iron bars and sticks in which they lost their lives. The complainant alleges that this violent mob was led by Congress leader Sajjan Kumar. It was he who instigated the mob for violence, after which the fiery people killed Sikh father and son. An FIR was lodged in this case based on the affidavit given before the Ranganath Mishra Commission constituted to investigate the Sikh riots. Earlier on 31 January, the court reserved the order in this case.
