The monsoon in India has knocked 12 days ahead of time this time and with this, a round of heavy rains and stormy winds has also started. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has now issued a red alert for 20 states of the country. The states of North, North, Northeast, South and Central India for the next 2 to 4 days have been warned of heavy to extremely heavy rain and strong thunderstorms.
Winds can run at a speed of 70 km/h, thunderstorms will wreak havoc
According to the Meteorological Department, the speed of the winds can be 40 to 70 kilometers per hour during this period. There is a possibility of heavy rainfall with strong thunderstorms and strong roar. In some areas, conditions like falling trees, power cuts and water logging can occur.

Red alert has been declared in these states and people have been advised to be vigilant.
Rainfall with thunder in North India, condition serious in Himachal-Uttarakhand
Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh are expected to have strong rains and thunderstorms for the next three days.
Uttarakhand may receive extremely heavy rainfall at different places from June 1 to 4.
Punjab and Haryana have forecast heavy rainfall on 3 June.
There is a danger of heavy rainfall in South India, warning over Maharashtra and Vidarbha
There is a possibility of continuous rains for the next four days in Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
A particularly an alert of excess rainfall has been issued in Kerala.
Vidarbha region of Maharashtra may receive heavy rainfall with strong winds.
Central India and Bihar are also on alert
In Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours.
The administration has been instructed to be vigilant due to the possibility of lightning and obstruction of road transport.
