President Draupadi Murmu on Monday said the death of people in a road accident in Uttarakhand is heartbreaking and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

He said, “The local administration and SDRF teams at the incident site are working rapidly to evacuate the injured and take them to the nearest health center for treatment. Instructions were also given to airlift seriously injured passengers if needed.” Have gone.”

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has also announced compensation. The Chief Minister announced an assistance amount of Rs 4 lakh to the families of the deceased and Rs 1 lakh to the injured. The people injured in the accident have been admitted to nearby hospitals for treatment.
