Sector-25A and Sector-32A of Noida will soon be developed as city centers, which will provide great facilities to the people and businessmen here. There is a plan to connect these two sectors with an underpass, so that the people here can easily move from one place to another. Banks, malls, meeting halls and other business facilities will be made available in the same complex in this area, which will help in developing it as a major business hub.
Development of the city center
Noida Authority has planned an underpass to connect Sector 25A and 32A, which will be of 2 lanes each. This will facilitate connectivity between both parts of the city center. The process of control design has started to develop these sectors. The architect will be selected for this project and then its approval will be taken.
Development on the lines of Burj Khalifa and Connaught Place
The aim of the authority is to develop this area like plans like Burj Khalifa in Dubai and Connaught Place in Delhi. Facilities like market, mall, multiplex, parking, hotel, amusement park, office and conference hall will be provided here. This area will emerge as a major business and tourist center.
Business use and better connectivity
This area is already marked for commercial use in the master plan. This area will provide better connectivity to other parts of Noida and surrounding areas. This plan is an important step towards making Noida an even more modern and convenient city.
