New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party AAP has given ticket to Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora from Ludhiana West Assembly seat. This decision of the party is believed that Arvind Kejriwal can visit Rajya Sabha from Sanjeev Arora’s seat. However, party sources denied that Arvind Kejriwal would go to Rajya Sabha. Sanjeev Arora’s Rajya Sabha term is up to 2028.
In fact, Gurpreet Singh Gogi, who was a Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Ludhiana West, was killed, due to which by -elections are being held in this seat. On the night of 10 January last month, Gogi died after being shot at a sudden pistol.
After giving ticket to Sanjeev Arora from Ludhiana West, the speculation was intensified that Kejriwal could send him to the assembly and become a member of the Rajya Sabha. However, party sources say that Kejriwal will not go to Rajya Sabha.
