The Maharashtra government lawyers in the Bombay High Court have clarified that there is no doubtful information in this case on the basis of SIT report in the Bombay High Court in the death of Disha Salian, former manager of the late film actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The Mumbai Police has considered it a case of suicide. Thus, Shiv Sena UBT leader Aditya Thackeray has got a big relief in this case, whose name was being added in this case. Disha Salian’s father had alleged that her daughter was murdered after raping her. Disha’s father had demanded an FIR to be registered against Aditya Thackeray and said that due to high profile, efforts are being made to suppress the case politically.

At the same time, the state government has filed in the counter -affidavit court by Senior Inspector Shailendra Nagarkar of Malwani Police Station, it has been told that the allegations made in the petition have been found to be baseless after investigation. A closure report of the case has been filed on the basis of scientific investigation and post -mortem report, which confirmed that Disha Sallian committed suicide. Disha Salian fell from the 14th floor of a building located in Malad, Mumbai on 8 June 2020, in which he died.

A few days after Disha’s death, a case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death came to light on 14 June 2020, now since Disha was the manager of Sushant, both these cases were being seen by adding. This matter has been very much discussed. The case was also raised in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in Sala 2022. Shiv Sena MLA Bharat Gogawale and BJP MLA Nitesh Rane, led by Eknath Shinde, demanded an inquiry into Disha Salian’s death.
