New Delhi. After Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned as Vice President, the process of election of the new Vice President will start soon. Amidst all this, a sudden discussion of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has started. In fact, BJP MLA Haribhushan Thakur Bachaul has demanded that CM Nitish Kumar be made the new Vice President. Before the assembly elections to be held in Bihar, there have been speculations about the new political equation due to the BJP MLA going to raise such a demand.
Lalu Prasad Yadav’s party RJD MLA Mukesh Roshan has claimed that Jagdeep Dhankad has been resigned to make Nitish Kumar the Vice President. The RJD MLA said that BJP wants to make its Chief Minister in Bihar. On the other hand, a statement has been issued by Nitish Kumar’s party JDU regarding these speculations. JDU leader Madan Sahni says that Nitish Kumar will not become Vice President, he is the CM of Bihar and will continue to take over the same state. He alleged that RJD is making false and concocted claims to confuse people.
The JDU leader said that no pressure is made with anyone in the NDA. Earlier, Congress leader and former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat also associated Dhankad’s resignation with Bihar and said that the Vice President has been resigned to give a place to a leader of Bihar. Rawat said that everything was already set. There is a lot of depth behind Dhankad ji’s resignation and its clarification can either give Jagdeep Dhankad or Prime Minister Narendra Modi can tell about it. There is no response from Nitish Kumar in this regard at the moment.
