On Tuesday, Air India Express flight received a bomb threat. According to the information received, flight IX 765 was about to go from Jaipur to Ayodhya when at 12.25 pm, a threat to blow up the plane was received through a phone call.
The plane had to make an emergency landing
In this case, it has been informed that after the Air India Express flight received a bomb threat, an emergency landing was made at Ayodhya Airport in UP. The plane has been kept at a separate location and is being investigated by the bomb disposal squad (BDS) and dog squad. The passengers have been safely deboarded from the plane.
This is not the first incident when a plane has been threatened with bombs. Earlier too, planes bound for Muscat and Jeddah have been threatened with bombs. The flight going from Mumbai to New York was also threatened with bombs. After this the plane was diverted to Delhi.
