Ahmedabad. The bodies of 34 people dead in the Air India aircraft accident have been identified by DNA matching. Out of these, the bodies of 14 passengers have taken their families. The body of former Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani has also been identified. His body will be given to the family. Vijay Rupani’s family has decided that the body will be cremated in Rajkot. Along with the mayor of Vijay Rupani Rajkot, MLAs were also elected from there. Vijay Rupani’s wife and daughter returned from London after receiving news of Air India aircraft accident.
Out of 242 people aboard the aircraft, 241 people were killed in the flight number AI171 accident of Air India. The life of a passenger sitting in seat number 11-A could survive it. Air India aircraft fell on a medical college hostel in Meghani Nagar area shortly after flying from Sardar Vallabhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad. MBBS students were having food in the mess while falling on the hostel of the aircraft. In such a situation, 29 more people present there, including 5 MBBS students, also lost their lives. When the aircraft fell on the hostel, it turned into large shells of fire. In such a situation, the bodies of all passengers and crew members were so badly burnt that it became difficult to identify them.
According to the information, the goods of all the passengers in Air India have been completely safe. The Gujarat Police will hand over all these things to Air India. After which Air India will deliver their remaining things to the families of dead passengers. A death report related to aircraft accident has been filed at Meghani Nagar police station. After the Air India aircraft accident, the central government has formed a committee for investigation. Flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders of the crashed aircraft have been found. The investigation of which will reveal what caused the accident. Teams from the US and Britain are also helping in investigation. The aircraft that took place reached Ahmedabad from Delhi. A passenger who came to Ahmedabad from this aircraft from Delhi had released the video that during the flight, neither AC nor any other button was working in Air India aircraft.
