The Allahabad High Court has described social media posts with words like eunuch, timid and Narendra Modi for PM Narendra Modi as wickedness. The accused had petitioned the Allahabad High Court to cancel the FIR lodged against himself. Justice JJ Munir and Justice Anil Kumar rejected the petition and reprimanded the petitioner for using derogatory words against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Let us know that nowadays Rahul Gandhi is also using the words ‘Narendra-Sarender’ against PM Modi.
The Allahabad High Court while hearing the petition said that the accused wrote a post against PM Narendra Modi on social media. In this, he was targeted when he was determined by war. The court said that wicked language was used against the head of the government in this post. The petitioners’ counsel had said that the accused wrote this post flowing into emotions. On this, the bench of Allahabad High Court said that emotions cannot be approved above a limit. The court said that people sitting in constitutional positions of the country are being dragged using derogatory words and it is being said to be flowing in emotion.
The Allahabad High Court clearly stated that the FIR registered under Article 226 of the Constitution in this case cannot be ordered to be canceled. It is decided by the Allahabad High Court’s decision that those who use abusive words against the people sitting in constitutional positions of the country cannot get relief. However, now the petitioner has the right to knock in the Supreme Court for relief. Let me tell you that in the past, many such cases have come in which people sitting in constitutional positions were targeted using wrong words through social media posts. After the shock of the accused in the same case from the Allahabad High Court, it is expected that people will be restrained while commenting on the people running the government.
