Allahabad High Court: Judges were accused of corruption without evidence, Allahabad High Court convicted a person convicted of contempt by Rs 2000, Allahabad High Court Found Man Guilty of criminal Contempt for Basles Corps

Prayagraj. The Allahabad High Court has come to an important decision regarding illegal conversion and rape. Justice Manju Rani Chauhan of the Allahabad High Court has ruled in a case that the conversion under deception and pressure is an illegal and serious crime. Justice Chauhan has also said in the judgment on cases of rape. The Allahabad High Court said in the judgment that conversion can be done by heart change and confidence. The court said that the case could not be canceled due to forced conversion and agreement in rape cases. Justice Manju Rani Chauhan said in the judgment that a compromise with the dignity of the woman is a crime.

The Allahabad High Court dismissed the plea of Taufiq Ahmed of Rampur, accused in the conversion of a Hindu woman. The court said that the conversion in Islam is real only when a person of adult and healthy brain trusts the Prophet Mohammed with heart change and his own will. The court said that conversion and rape through cheating and pressure is a serious offense. Justice Manju Rani Chauhan said in the judgment that conversion is considered real only when the principles of new religion are honestly confident. The court said that conversion involves changing faith and trust.

The Allahabad High Court said that it will not cancel the case using its power under Section 482. Because rape and illegal conversion is against the society and the dignity of the woman. Taufiq Ahmed of Rampur had filed a petition in the court and appealed to cancel the case registered against himself in rape, forgery and illegal conversion and other sections. Taufiq was accused of befriending the victim’s Hindu girl through the Internet by keeping a Hindu name and then calling her hostage for 6 months. When the girl came to know that the accused was a Muslim, she somehow escaped from her clutches and then filed a case. The victim girl has also made a statement against Taufiq.
