New Delhi. The Election Commission has allotted election symbols to 8 political parties for the assembly elections to be held in Bihar. Prashant Kishore’s Jan Suraj Party has got the school bag election symbol. Now the party will field its candidates on the school bag symbol. Prashant Kishore said on allotment of school bag election symbol that it is in line with our party’s idea stream which is a symbol of education and progress. According to Prashant Kishore, his Jan Suraj Party will contest the election in Bihar, emphasizing the issue of education and employment.

Prashant Kishore, who has worked as an electoral strategist, is now trying his luck in politics himself. He is presenting his Jan Suraj Party to the public as a new option against the BJP-JDU alliance NDA and RJD-Congress’s grand alliance in Bihar. This is the reason that Prashant Kishore has made up his mind to field Jan Suraj Party candidates in all 243 assembly seats of Bihar. Prashant Kishore, however, has handed over to Uday Singh, not taking responsibility for the post of national president of the party himself. Bihar Jan Suraj Party has not spoken about an alliance with any party.
