Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra on Saturday stressed the need to focus on the quality of work. He said that focus should be on the quality of work and not on its quantity, because the world can change in 10 hours. “Quality of work is most important”
He said, “I say that we should focus on the quality of work, not the quantity of work. Whether you work 40 hours, 70 hours or 90 hours, if you can change the world in 10 hours, that’s it.” Matters. Mahindra underlined the need to spend time with family and friends, saying, “If you’re not spending time at home, if you’re not spending time with friends, if you’re not reading, if you’re not thinking, -If there is no time to reflect, how will you bring the right inputs into decision making?”
“We will only be in the office all the time…”
Citing the example of his automobile manufacturing company Mahindra & Mahindra, Anand Mahindra said, “We have to decide what the customer wants in a car. If we are only in the office all the time, not with our families, we will When we are not with our families, how will we understand what people want to buy? What kind of car do they want to sit in?
