New Delhi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Lachit Barfukan Police Academy in Assam today. During this, he said that in the coming time, the Burfukan Police Academy will be the best police academy in India. Referring to the former Congress governments, Shah said, we also ate poles in the Congress government and also the bread of jail. I have come to Assam since Vidyarthi period, Hiteshwar Saikia Ji was the Chief Minister and we used to shout, ‘The streets of Assam are deserted, Indira Gandhi is bloody’, we were poled in Guwahati, I ate jail for seven days.

Amit Shah said that people from all over the country came here to save Assam. From there, Assam saw a long movement. Assam Police used to go for training in other states, today I want to congratulate the Assam government that such a change has taken place in 8 years, two thousand policemen from Goa and Manipur have taken training in Lachit Barfukan Police Academy. Assam is ready to move forward today and is moving forward on the path of development.
Congress party plunged assam into the fire of riots and kept it in a state of turmoil. Under the modi govt, peace has been established in assam, and now world-class infrastructure is being developed along with major industries.

The Home Minister said, the Congress party pierced Assam into the fire of riots and kept it disturbed. After the arrival of the Modi government, peace has been established in Assam and now world-class infrastructure along with big industries is developing. There was a time when the movement, firing and terrorism were remembered on hearing the name of Assam, but today a state -of -the -art semiconductor plant is being set up here. Assam is now emerging as a new symbol of peace and development. The Congress gave one lakh 27 thousand crore grant to Assam under its ten -year rule and 4 lakh 95 thousand crore rupees have been given under Modi ji’s ten -year rule.
