Two new Vande Bharat train services connecting the capitals of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh to the capital of Madhya Pradesh are going to start soon. These trains running from Rani Kamalapati railway station (RKMP) will connect Patna and Lucknow and will liberate passengers on time. According to railway officials, this will give a new dimension to interstate connectivity between three states.
Schedule and fare will be announced after the final approval from the Railway Board. The responsibility of service going to Patna will be given to Patna Railway Division, while Bhopal division has already completed all the preparations related to operations. It is expected that these services will start within the next two months.
Travel for Patna is completed in 12 hours, now the race to change the train will not have to be installed
Existing express trains take 18–20 hours, Vande Bharat Express will be directly and fast journey
Till now only limited train services like Agartala Express and Saharsa Weekly Express were available between Bhopal and Patna, which covers a distance of about 1005 km in 18 to 20 hours. Now Vande Bharat Express will complete this distance in just 12 to 13 hours, which will give great relief to the passengers going to Bihar.
Apart from high speed, this train will give direct and comfortable travel experience, which will give freedom from problems like changing the train or long waiting list.
Lucknow Vande Bharat Express will reduce the journey, now in 6 to 8 hours, the path from Bhopal to Lucknow will be set
Currently, more than 10 trains take 10–12 hours, passengers will get fast and safe option by new train
There are currently more than 10 trains running between Bhopal to Lucknow which takes 10 to 12 hours. But the new Vande Bharat Express will complete this journey in just 6 to 8 hours. The train will have a total of 8 coaches in which facilities of AC Chair Car and Executive Class will be available.
To make the journey safe, it has a armor safety system installed and this train will consume 25% less power. This will also prove to be favorable for environment.
