President Draupadi Murmu on Thursday congratulated the people of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram on his state day and said that both the states represent the best of India.
Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram got state status on this day in 1987.
On this occasion, President Murmu said, “Best wishes to the people of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram on State Day. Both states with blessings and rich cultural heritage represent India.
He said in a post on X, “I am confident that people of both states will preserve their extraordinary natural heritage and cultural traditions. I wish the amazing people of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram to write new chapters of progress and excellence.”
