All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi has targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) following the comment of MP Nishikant Dubey against the Supreme Court. Owaisi said, ‘You people (BJP) are tubelight. In this way the court is threatening. Do you know what (Article) is 142 (of the Constitution)? It was made by Bhimrao Ambedkar.
Threatening religious war
Along with this, Owaisi said, ‘BJP is cheating and threatening religious war. You guys are in power and you became so radical that you are threatening the court for religious war.
If not stopped, the country will be weak
Owaisi further said, ‘Modi ji, if you do not stop these people then the country will be weak. The country will not forgive you and tomorrow you will not be in power.
Supreme Court responsible for inciting religious war- Dubey
Please tell that on Saturday, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey accused the Supreme Court of inciting religious war in the country. BJP leader Dubey told ANI, ‘The Supreme Court has only one objective’ Show me face, I will show you the law ‘. The Supreme Court is going beyond its borders. If everything has to go to the Supreme Court for everything, then the Parliament and the State Assembly should be closed.

The BJP separated itself from Dubey’s remarks and party president JP Nadda said, ‘BJP has nothing to do with the comments of MP Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma on the judiciary and Chief Justice. These are his personal comments but the BJP neither agree with him nor supports such comments. The BJP completely rejects these statements.
