Statement of Asaduddin Owaisi on Waqf Amendment Act
The Waqf Amendment Bill 2024 has been passed in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has approached the Supreme Court. We believe that people of other religions are not placed in the board of Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism. The Limitation Act is not applied for these religions. Any person can give money to the board of Hindu, Jain and Sikhism. But you removed the Waqf by user.
Government’s property is not Waqf: Asaduddin Owaisi
Owaisi said that the government removed the Waqf by user through the Waqf Amendment Bill. Limited removed, so that those who have occupied the land of Waqf become the owner. Owaisi said- Waqf by user’s rule denied in Ram temple
