New Delhi. An army vehicle has been attacked in Sunderbani region in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists opened fire on the army car. Thankfully, not a single soldier has been hurt in this attack. At the same time, the terrorists escaped after the firing. The army has launched a search operation in the area to catch the terrorists. The area of Sunderbani in which the terrorists targeted the army car are very close to the LoC. Currently, high alert has been declared there.
There is a possibility that the attackers may be hidden somewhere around. Just a few days ago, two army soldiers were killed in an IED blast in Akhnoor sector of Jammu while a soldier was injured. Army personnel patrolling in Bhattal area near Line of Control (LoC) in Akhnoor sector were hit by an improvised explosive device which was implemented by the terrorists. Earlier on the same day, a rusty mortar shell in Akhnoor sector was also safely disabled by a bomb disposal squad.
A day before the incident, a large number of weapons and ammunition were recovered by security forces during a search operation in Karnah area near the Line of Control in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir. Talking about the action of the Indian Army, 7 infiltrators of Pakistan were killed by Indian soldiers earlier this month. All these infiltrators were trying to infiltrate the Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir. There were also 2 to 3 Pakistani army personnel among these 7 intruders. While the remaining al -Badr organization members are said to be reported. The al -Badr organization is a Pakistan -backed terrorist group.
