New Delhi. There has been a big twist in the suicide case of software engineer Atul Subhash in Bengaluru. Police have arrested the deceased’s wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania. After these arrests, the statement of the deceased’s father Pawan Kumar Modi has come out, in which he has demanded safety and justice for his grandson.

Expressed concern about grandson

Pawan Kumar Modi, father of the deceased, said, “We do not know where my grandson has been kept. It is not known whether he is safe or whether he has been harmed. I want my grandson to be with me. For a grandfather, his grandson means more than his son.”

Thanks to police but demand for justice continues

He said, “I thank the police that they arrested the accused. But I still haven’t got justice. A new case has been registered against me in the name of my grandson. This is very painful for me.”

Appeal to Prime Minister and Chief Minister

Pawan Kumar Modi has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav to intervene in the matter and ensure that his grandson returns to him safely.

14 days judicial custody

Bengaluru Police said that Nikita Singhania was arrested from Gurugram, Haryana, while Nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania were detained from Prayagraj. The accused were brought to Bengaluru on Saturday and presented in the local court, after which they have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

Pawan Kumar Modi said that in this difficult time the entire society is standing in his support. He alleged corruption in the judicial process, saying attempts were made to benefit the accused, but he would continue to fight for his grandson and justice.
