New Delhi. The suicide case of AI software engineer Atul Subhash has remained the center of discussion for the last two days. In this case, Bengaluru Police has charged Atul’s wife Nikita Singhania and her maternal family. Police have intensified the search for the four accused. Meanwhile, many new and shocking information related to the case is coming to light. According to legal documents, the court had ordered Atul to pay Rs 40,000 as maintenance every month for the expenses of his child. Later, by adding arrears, this amount was increased to Rs 80,000. Atul had protested against this and said in the court that Nikita has a good income of her own and he is already giving her Rs 40,000, then why is additional amount being demanded?
“I don’t have enough income to feed four people.”
Nikita had said on this through his lawyer, “I do not have enough income to feed four people.” Apart from this, Nikita had also recorded some things in her petition, in which it was said that she had handed over the entire matter to the lawyer and had only signed the papers. On this, Atul had raised a question, “Despite having passed B.Tech and MBA, did he sign without studying?”

Made video and left suicide note before suicide
Before committing suicide on Monday, Atul had made a video in which he made serious allegations against the female judge, his wife and his family members. Atul said, “False allegations are being made against me. “Nine fake cases have been filed against me.” Along with this, he also left a 24-page suicide note, in which he described in detail the events happening in his life.
Father accused mother-in-law
Atul’s father has blamed his mother-in-law for his son’s death. He said, “The dispute between Atul and Nikita started because of his mother-in-law. They used to constantly demand money. Atul gave them Rs 16 lakh, but they were demanding Rs 50 lakh more. Their demand was showing no sign of ending.”
He is Nikita Singhania’s uncle. He is claiming his age to be 70 years.
Atul is calling his family innocent and Subhash’s words are baseless.Legal treatment of these money-hungry wolves is necessary, but here the law itself is blind, who will do justice?#JusticeForAtulSubhash #JusticeForAtul pic.twitter.com/8cCssMQXDa
