Patna. AI engineer Atul Subhash had committed suicide after accusing his wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and cousin father-in-law of harassing him. The wife had filed 9 cases against Atul Subhash and had ordered the court to pay Rs 40,000 every month for the maintenance of their son. Now Atul Subhash’s father Pawan Kumar Modi has told news agency ANI that after the death of his son, a maintenance case has now been filed on behalf of his grandson. Pawan Kumar Modi said that he thanks the Bengaluru Police for arresting the accused, but justice has not been provided yet. Pawan Kumar Modi said that for a person, grandson is more important than son. Atul Subhash’s father said that the entire society and people are in his support. Let us tell you that expressing apprehension about this, Atul Subhash had written in the suicide note that the wife has said that after your death, she will take money from the father.

In connection with the suicide of Atul Subhash, Bengaluru Police teams had arrested his wife Nikita Singhania from Gurugram on Sunday. Whereas, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania, who was absconding from her Jaunpur house, and Atul Subhash’s brother-in-law Anurag Singhania were arrested from Prayagraj. Bengaluru court has sent all three to judicial custody for 14 days. Atul Subhash’s father Pawan Kumar Modi says that his son was paying Rs 40,000 every month as maintenance. He said that it is not known where and in what condition the grandson is. Earlier, news had come that the police had given Atul Subhash’s son into the custody of a relative.

Atul Subhash committed suicide in Bengaluru on 9 December. Atul Subhash had accused his wife and in-laws of harassing him and instigating him to commit suicide. Atul Subhash had written a 44-page suicide note and also made a video. Atul Subhash had also alleged in the suicide note that the family court judge had asked for Rs 5 lakh to settle the case. Atul Subhash had also said that he would appear before the court 200 times in two years. Atul Subhash had also written in the suicide note that when he said that his wife will not be able to have a party after death, Nikita said that the party will continue because your father will give money. Now, with the latest statement of Atul Subhash’s father regarding the maintenance case, this statement written in the suicide note of Atul Subhash seems to be proved true.
