In this case, Bengaluru Police has registered a case of abetment of suicide under Section 108 3 (5) of BNS against Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania and her in-laws. Bengaluru Police team has reached Jaunpur for investigation. At the same time, before the arrival of Bengaluru Police, Atul Subhash’s in-laws locked the house and went somewhere. Atul Subhash’s in-laws were seen leaving the house on Wednesday night. The question is whether Atul Subhash’s mother-in-law and her son have absconded?

Atul Subhash committed suicide in Bengaluru on 9 December. Atul Subhash has made serious allegations against his wife and in-laws in a 90-minute video and 24-page suicide note. Atul Subhash alleges that Nikita Singhania filed 9 cases against him at the behest of her family members. Even the father died due to heart attack, but a murder case was also filed against him. Atul Subhash also wrote in his suicide note that in 2 years he was called to appear in the court of Jaunpur from Bengaluru 200 times. Also wrote that the demand for alimony from Rs 1 crore was increased to Rs 3 crore. Atul Subhash had also written about the issue of paying Rs 40,000 every month for the care of the child in his suicide note.

Atul Subhash also made serious allegations against the judge of the Family Court of Jaunpur in this case. Atul Subhash wrote in his suicide note that in front of the family court judge, Nikita asked why don’t you commit suicide. Atul Subhash wrote that the judge started laughing after hearing this. Atul Subhash has also alleged in the suicide note that the Family Court judge demanded Rs 5 lakh to settle the case. At the same time, people of Atul Subhash’s in-laws say that all the allegations are baseless. Atul Subhash’s mother-in-law gave a clean chit to her daughter and said that Nikita cannot ask anyone to commit suicide.
