Bengaluru. The bail application of Nikita Singhania, wife of AI engineer Atul Subhash, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania, who committed suicide by accusing his in-laws of harassment, is to be heard in the Bengaluru court on January 4. After the hearing on his bail application on Monday, the next date was fixed. During the bail hearing of Nikita, Nisha and Anurag Singhania, lawyer Akash Jindal, on behalf of Atul Subhash, said that Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother should not get bail on the basis of the child. Atul Subhash’s lawyer said that we will oppose the bail in the court on this basis. He expressed apprehension that just as the accused had absconded earlier, after getting bail from the court, now Atul may abscond along with Subhash’s child.

In the court, Atul Subhash’s lawyer Akash Jindal also refuted the allegations of Nikita, Nisha and Anurag Singhania’s lawyer that Atul Subhash’s family is trying to get the custody of the child from behind. On this, Atul Subhash’s lawyer said that we are trying to get custody, but not from behind. He said that the child’s mother and her entire family have been arrested. There is no one to take care of the child. All of them were absconding. If they get bail from the court, they will try to abscond with the child. Akash Jindal has told the court that to avoid the judicial process, Atul Subhash’s wife, mother-in-law and brother-in-law should not be given permission to use the child as a weapon.

Atul Subhash’s father had earlier told the media that he was worried about the safety of his grandson. Atul Subhash’s father Pawan Kumar Modi had said that only his mother can kill his grandson. He has also approached the Supreme Court for the custody of his grandson. Atul Subhash committed suicide on December 9 after making a 90-minute video and writing a suicide note of more than 40 pages. Atul Subhash had alleged that his wife, mother-in-law and in-laws harassed him severely and filed 9 cases against him. For whose hearing one had to go to court continuously. Atul Subhash’s video and suicide note also went viral.
