Mumbai: There is a stir in Maharashtra after the case of NCP Ajit Pawar faction leader Baba Siddiqui being shot dead in Bandra area on Saturday night. Meanwhile, the photo of Shubham Lonkar, who took responsibility for the murder of Baba Siddiqui in the name of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, has also surfaced on Facebook. This information has also been received quoting sources that a team of Mumbai Police has left for Pune to interrogate Shubham Lonkar.
Both accused sent to police custody
In this case, both the accused have been sent to police custody till October 21 and the fourth accused has also been identified.

This is the same person who was giving directions to the three shooters. Zeeshan Akhtar came out of Patiala jail on 7 June. He came in contact with the operatives of Lawrence gang in jail.
Needle of suspicion turns towards international gang in the case
The investigations so far are pointing towards an international gangster. International racket means Goldie Brar, who runs a gang from Canada, and Lawrence Bishnoi, lodged in Sabarmati jail. First, extortion is sought from big people in the name of protection money, sometimes through voice and sometimes through video calls, and if they refuse, they are shot dead in public, so that fear can be spread.
Not only did the shooters confess during interrogation that they worked for Lawrence Bishnoi, but a Facebook post related to Lawrence also claimed responsibility for the murder of Baba Siddiqui. Apart from this, while demanding the custody of the accused in the court, the Crime Branch has called it an international racket.
Let us tell you that Lawrence Bishnoi is lodged in Sabarmati jail of Gujarat, while Goldie Brar is currently present in Canada. Their gang works on fear and extortion. Goldie Brar makes threat calls while sitting in Canada. Crores of rupees come from big businessmen as safety money, which is used to buy weapons.
At present, after taking the custody of the accused, the crime branch will search for the two absconding accused and will find out whether the motive was to kill only Baba Siddiqui, or could someone else be next.
