Ban on 24 apps including ULLU, Altt, who shows big action, porn content of the Government of India

Alt, Owl, Big Shots App, Desiflix, Boomex, Navarsa Light, Gulab App, Bracelet App, Bull App, Jalwa app, Wao Entertainment, Look Entertainment, Hitprime, Shoux, Sol Talkies, Hotx VIP, Moodex, Musphlix, Fenow, Fenow, Faneo, Fenow Neonx VIPs, stir apps, foggi and other names are banned.

Decision taken on the basis of these laws

IT Act, 2000 (Sections 67 and 67A): This law prevents the internet from showing or spreading vulgar or sexually clear materials on the Internet. Indian Code of Justice, 2023 (Section 294): This law prohibits vulgar acts or singing in public places. Female rude adoption (prohibition) Act, 1986: This law prohibits advertisements or in any media to show women in the wrong or indecent manner.
