Kochi. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has revealed a large conspiracy of the banned organization Popular Front of India (PFI). The NIA has told the Kochi court that PFI had named 972 people of the state, including a former district judge of Kerala, in its hit list. According to the NIA, this hit list has been reported from PFI arrested people. In the NIA court, Mohammad Bilal, Riasuddin, Ansar KP and Sahir KV, residents of Palakkad have filed bail. During the same hearing, the NIA informed the court about the deep conspiracy of PFI. The NIA had filed a case of anti -national activities against PFI in May 2022 on the instructions of the Central Government. At the same time, in December 2022, the NIA took over the investigation of the murder of Srinivasan, RSS leader of Palakkad in Kerala.
The case of Srinivasan’s murder was later linked to the case of anti -national activities of PFI. According to the NIA, the PFI reporter wing raked the leaders of other communities who are threatened for the organization. The service wing of PFI i.e. the hit team later continued to kill such opponents. The NIA has told the court that PFI was also a weapon training wing. Which used to train the members of the organization to drive weapons. Opposing the bail of the four PFI members, the NIA told the court that 8 documents were found from the 51st accused Sirajuddin. It also has a list of 240 people from other communities. During the raid at Periyar Valley Campus in Aluva, the NIA recovered a list of 5 people named from the purse of Abdul Wahad, the number 15 accused, which was targeted by the PFI. Among them, a former district judge was also named. The NIA told the court that documents were found from an accused who became a government witness. Among them, 232 people named a hit list. Similarly, a hit list of 500 people was found in the house raid of Ayub TA, accused number 69.
The NIA says that the PFI was trained to drive weapons at Periyar Valley Campus in Aluva. Which is considered a terrorist activity under the UAPA Act. The NIA also told the court that the Delhi unit of the investigating agency had also investigated the PFI. The investigation took place at Phulwari Sharif police station in Bihar in connection with the case registered in the year 2022. In this investigation, the agency recovered a 6 -page document from the accused Mohammad Jamaluldeen. The title of this document was ‘India 2047’. The NIA says that the agenda of PFI is to establish Islamic rule in India by 2047. For this purpose, RSS leader Srinivasan was killed. The NIA has also claimed that the India 2047 plan was also sent by PFI to the members through audio clips. At the same time, the accused described the allegations against themselves as false and said that they are innocent and have been in jail for more than three years. The accused argue that the investigation is over and the trial will take delay. Because of this, bail should be granted.
