To ensure safe travel, UAE airport officials have banned several items in cabin baggage. Some objects are completely banned, while some boundaries are applied according to volume or type.
Although this list has been released by airport officials, there may be more rules according to the airline. Therefore, it is better to confirm the latest and special rules than the airline from which they are always traveling.
Restricted goods in Cabin baggage in Dubai (according to Dubai Airports):
Hammer, nails
Schccuity and pointed tools
6 cm long blade scissors
Personal Grooming Kit (6 cm larger parts will be seized)
Swords, handcuffs
Anginastra, Flair gun ammunition, laser gun
Walkie-talkie
Lighter (can only be placed with a lighter passenger)
Bats, martial arts weapons, drill machine
Rope, tape, electrical cable (in addition to personal trip)
Rule of liquids:
A container should not exceed 100ml
Maximum 10 containers (total 1 liter)
Doctor’s form required for medicines
If there is a metal medical device in the body, then the doctor’s certificate will have to be shown
Power Bank Rules:
The output should not exceed 100Wh
Power banks from 100Wh to 160Wh can be moved depending on the rules of the airline
To take a power bank above 160Wh is forbidden
Use of power bank was completely banned during flight
