Bengaluru. The police has revealed the case of the woman’s body found in a garbage vehicle in Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. The Bengaluru police arrested Shamsuddin, a native of Assam for killing a woman named Asha and setting up a dead body. Shamsuddin and Asha live were in a relationship. Asha’s body was found from the garbage vehicle on Sunday. Lokesh B., DCP of Bangalore South Division. Jagalasar said that people had informed the police due to a huge smell from the garbage vehicle in the ST bed layout area of Koramangla, south of the city.
Police reached the spot and found that there was a bag in the garbage vehicle and smells smelling. The woman’s body was found on opening the bag. The dead body was tied. The police immediately registered a case of murder and started investigation. Investigation revealed that the body is 40 years old. She was a resident of Hulimavu in South Bengaluru. Asha’s husband had passed away and was in a relationship with Shamsuddin for about one and a half years. Both of them started showing themselves married four months ago. Asha and Shamsuddin worked in a housekeeping company in Hulimavu and both came close from there. According to police sources, Asha and Shamsuddin had tension on the issue of drinking alcohol and talking on the phone till late night.
Police sources said that on the night of the incident, Shamsuddin reached home drunk and there was an argument with hope. After which Shamsuddin strangled Asha to death. After this, Shamsuddin filled the body of Asha in a bag and loaded it on his bike and threw it in a garbage vehicle 20 km away. According to the police, Shamsuddin is married and his wife and children live in Assam. Through CCTV footage, the police reached Shamsuddin and arrested him.
