Nikita Singhania, mother and brother arrested
Police has taken major action in Atul Subhash suicide case. Deceased Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania and brother Anurag Singhania have been arrested by Bengaluru Police. Nikita has been arrested from Gurugram and mother and brother from Allahabad.

After this, both of them were brought to Bengaluru and presented before the court, the court has sent them to judicial custody. On December 13, Bengaluru Police had pasted a notice outside the Jaunpur residence of Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania.
Asked for 30 lakhs to meet his son
These arrests have come after Bengaluru Police decided to seek help from Uttar Pradesh Police to trace the accused. The three accused are accused of demanding Rs 3 crore to withdraw the case against Atul and Rs 30 lakh for the right to meet his son.
Atul Subhash had written a 24-page suicide note.
Atul Subhash, an AI engineer in Bengaluru, committed suicide in his Bengaluru apartment on Monday. He had left a 24-page suicide note. The 34-year-old AI engineer had also left a 90-minute video on Rumble before committing suicide.
Serious allegations were made against in-laws and judge
In his suicide note, Atul has accused his wife and her relatives of harassment. Deceased Atul Subhash also alleged that a judge had demanded Rs 5 lakh to settle the case.
The in-laws had absconded after the suicide.
After the suicide of Atul Subhash, his in-laws had absconded. Had left his home in Jaunpur. The police was busy arresting him. Now all three accused have been arrested.
