Big setback for CM Siddaramaiah

Bangalore: Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah’s troubles are increasing continuously. The decision of the People’s Representative Court has come against him. The court has given instructions to register an FIR against CM Siddaramaiah. The court has said that Mysore Lokayukta police should investigate the matter. They have been instructed to submit the investigation report in 3 months.

What did the judge say?

Let us tell you that after the order of the High Court, the Jan Pratinidhi Court started giving its verdict on the petition of Snehmayi Krishna. Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat said that the High Court has also said in its verdict that an investigation should be conducted against CM Siddha Ramaiya. It is clear that the person named Devaraj from whom the land was purchased is not the real owner of the land.

There was a shock yesterday too

On 24 September, Siddaramaiah’s petition in the MUDA case was rejected by the High Court. The High Court had said that a case will be filed against Siddaramaiah in the land scam. Let us tell you that the Karnataka High Court had given its verdict on the petition of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah challenging the order of the Governor. In fact, Governor Thawarchand Gehlot had given approval for investigation against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the Mysore Urban Development Authority site allocation case. After getting this approval from the Governor, an application was filed in the High Court on behalf of Siddaramaiah.

In such a situation, it was certain that Siddaramaiah’s troubles would increase. The lawyer of the other side said that if they were not satisfied with the action of the Lokayukta, they could demand a CBI inquiry. At the same time, the CM’s hopes were pinned on the double bench. The CM camp had made it clear that if relief was not obtained even from the double bench, the Supreme Court would be approached and until then Siddaramaiah is not in a mood to resign.
