New Delhi. Mukhtar Ansari’s son former MLA Abbas Ansari has got a huge relief from the Allahabad High Court today in the Hate Speech case. The High Court has canceled the 2 -year sentence of Abbas Ansari. Abbas Ansari’s legislature was gone due to this punishment pronounced by Mau’s MP-MLA Special Court in the inflammatory speech case, but now Ansari’s legislature will be restored after the cancellation of the sentence by the High Court. Abbas Ansari was an MLA from Subhaspa Party from Mau Sadar seat. After this decision, there will be no assembly by -election in Mau Sadar seat.
High Court judge Sameer Jain ruled to cancel Abbas’s sentence. Earlier on July 30, the decision was reserved after the completion of the debate of both sides. Let us tell you that during the 2022 assembly elections, Abbas Ansari gave a speech at an election rally and said that when the SP government is formed after the election, the officials will not be transferred but will be accountable.
