According to the information received from the media report, this train was going from Darbhanga to Delhi, during this time the train was stopped at Gonda station. After stopping at the station, all compartments and engines were checked. Gonda Inspector Narendra Pal Singh has informed that investigation into this matter was conducted by the Government Railway Police, Local Police and Railway Protection Force. The train was stopped and checked for 2 hours.
The dog squad team also reached the spot and checked every nook and corner of the station. After thorough investigation it was found that this threat was fake. Police officials have not found any suspicious item anywhere.
