Air India flights are not taking the name of stopping. After the flight crash incident in Ahmedabad, another case has now come to light, in which the flight from Delhi to Pune had to cancel his return journey due to collision with a bird in the air.
The airline has said in its statement that the flight has landed safely and is currently being protected. Air India said, “Flight AI2470, which was about to fly from Pune to Delhi, has been canceled due to the collision of a bird. This information came out after the aircraft landed.”
Air India said that all necessary steps are being taken in view of the inconvenience caused to the passengers. Passengers who want refund are being given refunds. At the same time, this facility is also being provided to the passenger journey who want to resure the journey.
Meanwhile, investigation into the Ahmedabad aircraft accident on 12 June is going on. Initial investigation has revealed that the accident did not happen due to the mistake of the pilot. According to the report, soon after the takeoff, the aircraft had a serious electricity problem, causing its main electrical system to fail. The aircraft could reach a height of just 625 feet and then crashed.
Investigation agencies have recovered the black box (flight data recorder) of the flight, which will help in explaining the real cause of the accident. It is not yet decided whether the black box will be analyzed in India or will be sent abroad. The Ministry of Civil Aviation says that this decision will be taken on the basis of technical and security reasons.
Aviation experts say the aircraft’s RAM air turbine (RAT) system was activated. It is an emergency system that supplies the necessary power in case of power shutdown. But due to the low height of the aircraft, this system could not work effectively.
