BJP-Congress statement on scuffle between MPs in Parliament complex - India TV Hindi

New Delhi: India Alliance MPs led by Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra protested at the Babasaheb Ambedkar statue in the Parliament complex. At the same time, BJP MPs also demonstrated against the opposition MPs in the Parliament complex. Meanwhile, BJP has alleged that Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi pushed two of its MPs, Pratap Chandra Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput, due to which they fell and got injured. Sarangi and Mukesh have been admitted to the hospital.

BJP MPs pushed me: Kharge

At the same time, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge has alleged that BJP MPs pushed him. Due to this he got injured in his knee. Whereas Rahul Gandhi said that he and Priyanka were manhandled. Congress has also lodged a complaint with the Lok Sabha Speaker in this regard.

Priyanka Gandhi’s statement

Meanwhile, on the pushing and shoving incident, Priyanka Gandhi said, ‘Whatever happened, happened in front of the camera..’ Congress said that BJP MPs were standing with placards with sticks. BJP MPs were stopping him from entering the House.

Many central ministers of BJP cornered Congress

Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said that two of our MPs have suffered serious injuries. 4-5 MPs have come and lodged a complaint. BJP-NDA MPs demonstrated for the first time at Makar Dwar today. They (opposition) felt this was their property. They came tearing through the crowd. The leader of the opposition should understand his responsibility.

At the same time, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that his heart is filled with pain after seeing Pratap Chandra Sarangi. This is a dark day in the history of Parliament. The limits were flouted. There is no other example of the hooliganism committed by Rahul Gandhi and Congress. Now they will commit such hooliganism. Such conduct has not been seen till date in the cultural history of India. They should be given training in a school as to how to behave in a democracy. We condemn this hooliganism.

Kiren Rijiju made serious allegations

At the same time, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said that today there was a demonstration of NDA MPs at the main gate of Parliament. The physical demonstration by Rahul Gandhi and his MPs by forcefully entering is very wrong. Parliament is not a platform to display physical strength. Rahul Gandhi pushed two BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput forcefully. I refute the pushback done by Rahul Gandhi…I want to question Rahul Gandhi that if everyone starts showing their strength and starts fighting, then how will the Parliament function? This is the temple of democracy…both our MPs have been seriously injured…they are undergoing treatment.

Gaurav Gogoi said this

At the same time, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi said on his X handle that today I saw that BJP MPs were threatening Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi. BJP MPs had sticks in their hands. I saw with my own eyes how Mallikarjun Kharge was being threatened and pushed.
