The hunger strike continued by BJP’s Outer Delhi region district minister Bhim Singh demanding the construction of a bridge or underpass to save the people of Delhi’s Kirari assembly constituency from the daily traffic jams and accidents due to the closure of railway gates, should end today. Went. Bhim Singh was sitting on hunger strike yesterday on 13th December. After the end of the hunger strike, Bhim Singh said that he had received a positive response from the administration. The government has assured to take immediate action on this issue. Due to non-availability of NOC at the railway gate, the construction of Railway Under Bridge (RUB) and Over Bridge (ROB) is stalled here. Due to this people have to face a lot of trouble. Bhim Singh ended his hunger strike with food brought from the house of Kirari’s sisters.
The BJP District Minister said that regarding the construction of the bridge or underpass, meetings will be held soon with the Railway Department and the Municipal Corporation, so that the construction work can be started as soon as possible. He said, I will continue to struggle on the issue of building a bridge at this railway gate until this problem is resolved. This is not just a road but the lifeline of the people of Kirari. Bhim Singh said, this road is the need and right of the people of Kirari, but due to the negligence and corruption of the Delhi government, the work on this road is stalled. I sat on hunger strike to raise the voice of the people and their rights.
Received support from regional people
During this period, the local public fully supported Bhim Singh and as a result, a process of dialogue has started with the officials. This hunger strike got full support from the people of the area. A large number of local residents, RWA (Resident Welfare Association) officials and BJP workers joined the movement. After the strike ended, the residents of the area have expressed hope that soon a permanent solution to this problem will be found, which will improve the traffic system of Kirari assembly constituency and will provide relief to lakhs of people.
