New Delhi. BJP has filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi at Sansad Marg police station for injuring two BJP MPs in the Parliament complex. A complaint has been filed against Rahul Gandhi under sections 109, 115, 117, 125, 131 and 351. Sections 109 (attempt to murder), 117 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 351 (criminal intimidation), 125 (endangering the safety of others). BJP MPs Anurag Thakur and Bansuri Swaraj along with other NDA MPs went to Sansad Marg police station and gave written information about the entire incident and demanded action.

BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that Rahul Gandhi considers himself above the law. They deliberately carried out provocative action violating the dignity of democracy in which two BJP MPs were seriously injured. On the other hand, Congress has also lodged a complaint against BJP MPs at Sansad Marg police station. When the complaint was lodged by the Congress MPs, the BJP MP said that this is like reprimanding a thief policeman.

On the other hand, Priyanka Gandhi says that Rahul Gandhi was going to Parliament carrying Ambedkar ji’s photo. Today he was stopped from going to Parliament. On the other hand, while giving information about the condition of BJP MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput admitted in RML Hospital, the MS of the hospital, Dr. Ajay Shukla said that both of them have suffered head injuries. Mukesh Rajput’s BP is still high. Whereas Pratap Sarangi is a heart patient. We are keeping an eye on the condition of both of them.
