The name of the person who committed this cruelty with cows is Syed Nasru, who is originally from Champaran, Bihar. While living in Bangalore, he used to work as a tailor in a shop making clothes and plastic bags. According to the police, Nasru had cut the udders of the cows while intoxicated.

This case is from Vinayak Nagar, Bengaluru. The police started their investigation by registering an FIR under Section 325 of the Cruelty to Animals Act and BNS. After which the police found that Syed Nasru, who does tailoring work in the area, had committed this misdeed with the cows. There is an atmosphere of tension in the area after this incident. At the same time, BJP has demanded strict action against the accused in this case and a thorough investigation into this incident. On the other hand, the police arrested Syed Nasru and presented him in the court from where he was sent to judicial custody till January 24.
All three cows are being treated by taking them to the veterinary hospital, currently their condition is fine. On the other hand, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has also taken cognizance of this incident. The CM has asked Bengaluru Police Commissioner B. Dayanand to take strict action against the culprit in this case. At the same time, this issue is also being raised vigorously by many NGOs working in the interest of animals. He says that such a crime against a voiceless animal should be punished severely.
