Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced to stop 3G services in many districts of Bihar including Patna from January 15. This decision is part of BSNL’s 4G network upgradation plan. The company has already shut down 3G services in districts like Motihari, Katihar, Khagaria, and Munger.
This move will affect millions of customers who are still using 3G SIM cards. Once 3G services are shut down, internet access will not be possible, and customers will be limited to voice calls and SMS services only.
