Rana will be allowed only soft-tip pen

There can be interrogation about these things
According to the information, on Friday, the NIA started questioning Rana to highlight the major conspiracy behind the terrorist attack. In addition to its relations with ISI during interrogation, there is a possibility of focusing on people associated with the sleeper cell in India, especially its colleague David Coleman Headley aka Dawood Gilani. Sources said that Headley is suspected of recruiting sleeper cells at Pushkar, Goa, Delhi and other places.
Congress targeted BJP
In the case of the extradition of Tahawwur Hussain Rana, accused of the Mumbai terror attack, the Congress said that the Modi government did not start the process and actually started under the UPA. Former Union Minister P Chidambaram said that the Modi government is taking credit for this development, while the truth is far away. Chidambaram said that this extradition is not the result of any appearance, it is a proof of what India can achieve when diplomacy, law enforcement and international cooperation is honest and without any kind of chest.
He said the process began on November 11, 2009, when the NIA had registered a case against David Coleman Headley (US citizen), Rana (Canadian citizen) and others involved in the 26/11 conspiracy in New Delhi.
