The incident with a family has taken place at the Kemp Gauda International Airport located in Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka. A family from Bengaluru, including two elders, was stuck in the airport lift for about 15 minutes. During this time he faced constant shaking in the lift. A member of the family has informed and complained about the incident on the social media platform X.

McLeen Fernandez, a family member of the family, who was stuck in the lift at the Kamphegowda International Airport, wrote on the X- “My family, including 2 elderly citizens, stuck in the t2 lift with a continuous shock for about 15 minutes. This is a distracted experience just before climbing into the international flight.” McCalleen Fernandez has complained to the Bangalore Airport and the Aquarius Authority of India.
Why was the lift closed?
According to HT, Fernandez has reported that he and his parents went to Terminal 2 of Bangalore Airport to leave their sister on Tuesday afternoon. His lift suddenly stopped due to electricity going here. BIL sources have said that electrical flickers were felt for some time for some time. After this, electricity service on Terminal 2 was interrupted for 10 minutes.
Duty manager’s first number was out of reach- victim
According to HT, Fernandez said that it was a scary experience about this scary incident at Bangalore Airport. The lift was shaking dangerously and there was no phone inside the lift. The emergency number could not help even and the first number of the duty manager was out of reach. On trying several times at number two, the terminal manager replied and took his complaint lightly. The family was told- “We are investigating it, the power has gone down.”
