In the Chandausi area of Sambhal, the police have registered a case against the Imam of the mosque and captured the loud speaker.
Police said on Sunday that on Saturday, a mosque in Punjabiyan locality of Chandausi Nagar had received a complaint of loud speakers in a higher voice than the standard, on which a lawsuit was filed against Hafiz Shakeel Shamsi, the Imam of the mosque, under the relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and Sound Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules. He told that the police have seized the loud speaker. Legal action continues.
