New Delhi. A meeting of the Security Committee (CCS) of the Union Cabinet (CCS) is going on at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government residence. The strategy is being discussed in the meeting to give a suitable response to the terrorists after the Pahalgam attack. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and many other senior officials are present in this meeting. Amit Shah has returned from Srinagar some time ago. The place where the attack was attacked in Pahalgam also went there today.
Amit Shah also met the victim’s families after paying tribute to the dead this morning. Meanwhile, there is news of an encounter between security forces and militants in Tangmarg located in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. According to media reports, the security forces have surrounded the terrorist of The Resistance Front (TRF). There is intermittent firing till the news is written. Earlier, two terrorists trying to infiltrate Uri were killed by the army.

On the other hand, security has been increased throughout Jammu and Kashmir including Anantnag, Katra, Doda. Security personnel are stationed everywhere. The incoming vehicles are being checked in depth. Meanwhile, a special train will be sent from Katra to New Delhi. For this, Ashok Kumar, General Manager of Northan Railway, reached Katra railway station and took stock. He told that this special has been run for those who want to go from Katra to New Delhi. If needed, more trains will be run further. He said that those who want to go to Delhi from Srinagar can board this train from Udhampur and Jammu besides Katra.
