Talapati Vijay’s security was increased.
The security of South Bharti films actor and Tamizhaga Vatri Kazhagam Party (TVK) party chief Thalapati Vijay has been increased. The central government has provided Y category security to C Joseph Vijay. The VIP Security Branch of the Central Reserve Police Force i.e. CRPF has taken over the security of Thalapati Vijay. Sources have given information about this entire matter on Tuesday.
Why increased security?
The Union Home Ministry had decided to increase the security report on the perception of the dangers prepared by the intelligence agencies. Recently CRPF has taken over the responsibility of safety of Vijay. According to sources, 7 to 8 armed commandos of CRPF will be deployed during the visit in Tamil Nadu with Vijay.
Vijay will contest Tamil Nadu assembly elections in 2026
Thalapati Vijay formed a political party in the month of February last year. Vijay also announced that he would contest the Tamil Nadu assembly elections to be held in 2026. Let us tell you that Thalapati Vijay did not support any coalition or party in the Lok Sabha elections held this year last year.
What is the safety of Y category?
About 11 security personnel are involved in Y category security. They also consist of two PSOs (private security guards).
